Are any of you successful house flippers? I have really gotten into watching the show lately, and it has gotten my husband and I thinking about trying it ourselves. If you are a successful house flipper, how and when did you get started? How much money do you make in a year? Did you get a real estate license to be able to sell the houses yourself?
Thanks in advance for any advice or thoughts you have to share!

I have friends who do it. This really isn't the market to do it, unless you are going to do really bad neighborhoods. You can still make money there as long as you don't try to fix them up "too nice". Repos and tax liens are the best way to go for people new to the game. Good luck!
