Government Housing Inspections

I've got a Housing inspection about to happen on the 19th and I've never had one before

I was wondering if any one here has ever been on Government Housing (HUD), and went through their yearly inspections or how ever often they get done

What do they inspect specifically?

DO they go through your things? I.E. Closets, drawers Cabinets, fridge/freezer Etc.

I know my house has to be spotless

does the landlord have to be here when they inspect the house?

will i get in trouble for allowing a friend to park a camper in my driveway until he's able to find someplace suitable for it?

Will they make a big deal out of it because I don't have a bed, and sleep on the couch ? I Have a room its just i was sleeping on air mattresses but they got holes that ican't find and they keep going flat

both my kids have their own rooms own beds ( i gave my daughter MY bed and bought a cheap air mattress for myself)

Anything will help me I've never had to deal with a inspection before

ty I don't know why they have me schudeled for a inspection they said it would be once a year, i've only lived here since Nov. 06

unless they go by when u filled out all the paper work

so its just the stove, fridge, make sure nothings falling in - everything looks excatly like it did when they did the inspection before i moved in in nov. lol

my hubby works for akron metro housing authority. he said that when they do inspections they look at stoves, fridges, bathrooms, clutter and trash, if the place is clean, holes in the walls, doors hanging off the hinges. he said it's mostly clutter. don't stress over it , it will be over before ya know it.

the only holes that are in the wall, were here when they inspected it the 1st time before i moved in, with the exception of some around the baseboards from the house settling or shifting what ever its doing 

But thanks again - I always thought they nibbed shitted through your closets and everything lol
