I have been working out hard lately. It is starting to show, and is really speeding up the results from ISAGENIX. Thank goodness for the Ionix Supreme! It has adaptagens to help deal with stress, is formulated to aid in muscle recovery and give me a good night's rest.

 I can see I am getting stronger, I feel stronger, and cleaner! Today was a good day. But getting ready for the Independence day celebration has been a challenge for me. We went to the store today to get groceries for the two get togethers we are going to. For one of them, we are making a dessert with shortbread cookies-my fav!!! I wanted to tear open the package and eat them all. I did eat one! Amazing for me because I used to rip through a bag of those without thinking once or twice. We are also making a chili like side dish- really fattening. I have had a few spoonfuls of that, but I have exercised self- control. I believe God is really bringing my through this to teach me that very important quality. I never had much of it before. I still have a long way to go, but my mind is getting stronger!

My workouts have been kicking my butt! I have been doing 1 hour of a cardio & strength training, and an alternate between focused workouts on buns and abs. Sometimes, I hit up another 45 minutes of cardio. I am determined to have the body I have pictured myself having. I am focused, and I am getting there. In the next three years, I want to be working on bodybuilding. Not the man-looking  bodybuilding, but fitness bodybuilding. I have a lot of work to do between now and then, but I am getting there. ISAGENIX is truly helping me see and achieve my goals.

 I fit into my 5/6 shorts today, by the time I am down to my target weight, I am sure I will be in 4/5- COMFORTABLY!!!

Two more shake days before I have two cleansing days! Can't wait till I see my results at the end. I am going to do another 9 day at the begining of next month! Work Hard, achieve, and surpass your expectations!

Heavenly Father, please give me and any one who is reading this the strength to achieve their fitness and health goals. Protects us from injury and failure. Show us the importance of self-control, and give us the ability to exerscise it. Watch over me, Father as I strive for my dreams, open the doors, and have YOUR will! Praise YOU Father for all you do, the lessons you are teaching me. Help me to hear YOUR voice, and to be obedient to YOUR Word. In YOUR name, AMEN.
