I am defintely going through the change!
My body is so sore and my thighs are tight.....I feel as though I can't walk or sit without fear of pain. My pelvic area is also sore! Good grief all this and I'm only in my 13th week. Never mind the breast tenderness......goodness! I'm a 38 DD now Lord, I don't want to get any bigger.
I really should try to get back in the gym and get on the treadmil. Before I found out I was expecting I was at the gym 4 days a week with my neighbor and now it's been a whole month since I last made an appearance.
My goal with this pregnancy is to stay in shape and eat healthy for the baby. I am trying to stay focused and not pig out on junk food. I was a 12 wearing some 10's and I don't want to put on too much extra weight. Experience has taught me that once the baby gets what it needs from you all the extra is on you.....literally!!
*Get up and get moving!

thanks for the kind words.
I wish I knew how to swim but I never learned as a child. I heard that its really good exercise for pregnant women so I am going to look into it. Yeah, I definitely don't want to overdue it at the gym so the treadmill is all that I will be using. I want to check and see if my gym offers a pilates class (prenatal) I heard that's very good with the stretching and breathing.
If you don't mind I'll add you as a friend. I'm new here and we aren't that far apart from each other so we can keep each other posted as to our progress.

Awwww - good luck!!! I hear ya' about silly body changes and whatnot. I'm 11 weeks along, and the first part of the first trimester was hell. I was too nauseated to eat and lost six pounds. I think the worst of it is over. I'm a bigger girl, so the midwife suggested I gain only 15 pounds with this pregnancy. I'm trying to eat healthier, but I didn't eat so healthy when I wasn't pregnant... so I'm kind of a babe lost in the woods. Heh. Although I am craving fruit and dried fruit - so that's good.
Don't over do it at the gym!!! Even if you walk for exercise, that's good! Swimming is also excellent!
Good luck!!!!
