It might just be easier to go out and build a nest, versus trying to buy one! We've been trying to find a country home to buy, with just a few acres in our community/ around the area for about a year and a half now; I'm telling you it's tough! Any one who says it's a buyers market to me doesn't know squat about the housing market!  Can someone clue the home owners to this fact?! No one wants to budge, and they want it all! I can't blame them I guess, but come on already! Frustration, depression, and anger are all affilliated terms with our disapproval in the real estate business right now. Thank God for good friends and a stable job market for the most part, or it would be tougher I guess. All in all, we have a roof over our heads, and we're healthy; so, I guess we can't complain too much. We could be without a home altogether, and no place for our animals or our children to lay there heads down in peace at night. It's good to vent isn't it? Vent long enough, you'll eventually get your own answer! Ha! Ha!
