5 more days!!

The count down has begun!! It has hit me all at once yesterday I mean it isn't ike I just found out oh I am pregnant I have had 37 weeks to prepare for this baby coming but for some reason it didn't sink in til yesterday.  I was scrambling around this morning trying to go to the store to stock up on groceries and things for the house so my hubby didn't have to go out and buy stuff with all three kids since I will be laid up for about 2 weeks or so. and it was just so surreal I know that in 5 days I will have another child and my life will change forever and that is a good thing but it seems so overwhelming like I can't even grasp it. I still have so much to do yet too. I have to go do the last minute stuff too buy more diapers get the formula you know all the stuff that is last minute. Which I really should have taken care of before but with two other small kids time just slips away. so as the days draw near the more real it becomes. Part of me wants it to fly by the other wants more time just to spend with the other 2 to make sure they are secure enough to handle this but I am sure they will be fine they love him and children are resilent. Does anyone understand what I mean about not being able to process this yet it is almost like I became pregnant last night and boom a baby lol crazy stuff huh time goes by too fast.

With my first i went crazy as soon as i found out it was gonna be a boy. I did all  my shopping that month.  Bought alot of cute shirts size 0-3 months.  Well, I never got to use them, because my baby was 11lbs. and the diapers were small too, had to exchange for bigger size.  They couldnt find any hats in the hospital for my baby. and the ones that i bought was small.   hahahah

  So with my second i waited till i had him before i went shopping.  He was 9.8 lbs.  Plus i had handme downs.

SO, maybe its better to just wait till after you have your baby to get everything else.  Just get the basics.

Jul. 7, 2007 at 9:10 PM First YAY!! Its almost time. You gotta take a break, though girly.  You need to rest now, docs orders. You have a long time to buy diapers.lol. Dont sweat the small stuff.
