What's been your worst cooking disaster?

Honestly, it is the old Thanksgiving Turkey story.  I didn't know that

it was supposed to be 'breast side up' :( Geez, you should have seen

the flat breast on that turkey!

 

I was asking hubby what the heck was wrong with it!  

The turkey was pale, flat chested and  falling apart.  Hmph!

 

Well, there it is.  Besides that I am a great cook.  Or so I think.

Jul. 7, 2007 at 8:21 AM lol lol well sarah, anytime I cook it is a cooking disaster!!! lol lol That's why my husband does all the ooking. I get really inpatient waiting on something to get done and up goes the heat to get it done faster!! Not always a good thing!!!!!!!! rotflmao

lol Juanita! Well lucky you! I was lucky that way as well..  in the beginning!  DH used to cook all the time, well he actually did that for work.  And when he switched jobs things changed.  But he still loves to cook and usually does a wonderful job of it.  Honestly, I like my cooking better...but his is healthier.
