Opening a Restaurant......

Hi my husband and I are wanting to open a dive type restaurant.I need advice,tips everything on how to get started.We are already running a homebased flooring installation business.But would like to open an eating establishment so we can get out of the flooring business.my hubby has been doing this for 14yrs.And he is burnt out.So we are looking into the food service industry to work us through retirement.So if any of ya'll have done this or know of someone who did .I need all the advice I can get.Thanks Girls!!!!!
