It's Over!!

So it is finally over...we went to court on the 29th of June and they said I could officially consider myself single..but then today the papers came..So now it is FINAL!! I am so excited.. I got full custody of both my kids and he can only see them if I say he can..

Now on to his BS.. He stalks me..follows me around town..right up on my bumper..almost causes me to get it accidents with the kids in the car and when I get where I am going he jumps out and yells at me for not letting him see the kids..Mind you I have not heard from him about seeing the kids for about 3 months now..So I tell him..when you can grow up and stop acting like a little kid (he is 27 almost 28) and start helping me out by paying child support then I will think about letting you see them... Is that wrong? I mean he got an insurance settlement for close to 30 grand and didn't buy either of the kids anything...not even diapers..he says he didn't because he didn't want me to spend the money on stupid shit but all he had to do was call and ask what size and I could have told him..then he could have went and bought them himself...I mean come on..what mother in thier right mind..that has 2 in diapers would turn down a package of diapers?? Now he claims that niether of them are his but I can tell you 100% that they both are..but oh well some men are just that way.. I think they are perfect and that is all that matters!!

Restraining Order Anyone? If he's being violent and/or possibly putting your children in harms way, you are right keeping them away from him.  Hopefully this stops before they get old enough to realize whats going on.

The 13th normally bares bad news... but good for you... it is final. You can begin to be proactive at moving on with your life. Finding someone that deserves you!

As for the X, yes I agree a restraining order, sounds needed. That is completely uncalled for, and is putting you at risk!
