I am so pumped! We leave tomorrow for seminar. This is like the biggest event our company has all year. I have wanted to go for years, and would you know it something has always happened (like having a baby, or moving) to where I couldn't make it. And this year was not suppose to be any different, little Bre's birthday should have been yesterday. I believe God knew what he was doing though because Bre was early but she is very healthy (gained four pounds and grew three inches in the past month), and I am off! Anyways, we get to wear fancy dresses, and my mom is going across stage to get a ring. It's a big deal. I am sure my next post will be a mile long.
I am still amazed at how wonderful Brandon and I are doing since we moved in that house. We had our first "date night" on Saturday, and it was great. We went on a double date with a girlfriend of mine from high school and the guy she's seeing. I think what he and I decided is that he can go out three Saturdays out of the month, but the other Saturday is our date night. We take the girls to one set of Grandparents and that way I can get out too. I prefer to do things with him, and I really consider my job to be my girlfriend time. They come over after Brandon goes to work, I cook for them, we hang out, and I give them makeovers (and when they buy stuff I get paid for it, what could be better). Majority of my friends have children too, so that gives Nevaeh someone to hang out with. I love being a SAHM with a job that brings in good money! And seminar is just going to make it better.
Nevaeh's birthday is this coming Saturday, and since we will just be getting into Nashville at seven pm we are going out to eat (pizza, her favorite). But the 28th we are having her ice cream party. I am so excited about it too. She will have an ice cream sundae booth set up with all different types of ice cream and toppings. Plus the cake and my MIL is bringing the cotton candy maker. My brother is dressing up as a clown (to bring out the cake and give out the goodie bags), and I am putting on a puppet show. Shew! I am going to have my work cut out for me the week I get home from seminar. I have to get her b-day stuff all set to go, I currently have five appointments on my book, and then the normal household chores.
Not too much else going on in my life, let me know what's up with you! Love, TIFF
