Most everyone is gone for the day so while the house is quiet I figured I'd tell everyone a little about myself and my family.  I live with my daughter, son-in-law and all the kids.  I have four biological grandkids and two step grandkids and love them all equally.  The oldest boy lives with his mom in California but is here visiting for the summer.

I was born with Spina Bifida but have managed a very full and active life.  At one time a worked two jobs and put myself through college, but now spend most of my time enjoying my grandkids, reading and tole painting.

I was born and raised in California and when my daughter and son-in-law decided to move to Pennsylvania a year ago they wanted me to come with them because they didn't want to leave me in California alone.  I was always the one who said I would never leave CA, but now that I have I think it's the best decision I ever made.  Things are so quiet and peaceful here and I am so much happier.

Uh oh, Tyler ( my 8 month old grandson) is awake from his nap so guess I'll have to add to this later.
