Sequence has been a fun one that my friends and I have been playing lately.  (Takes care of cards, checkers and bingo) I don't know how to describe it well. There can be 2,3 or 4 players, the board is printed with a deck of cards, minus the jacks (which are wild).  The player has chips, blue, green or if three players, red)  Then 6 cards, or 7 for two players, are dealt.  That is your hand and the stragedy is to get five chips of the same color in a row, basically.  Two rows of five make a winner.  With three players one row of five does it....It can be a real challenge, but easy to learn, and lots of fun.

I really like scrabble, but usually cannot find someone to play.  My daughter and I like cribbage, and for other card games, the gals and I like pinochle and crazy-eight.  If we haven't visited for awhile the crazy-eight is a no brainer.  Not board games, however another we enjoy is dominoes, and mexican train or spinner are the ones we play.
