I was wondering does anybody have any quick and easy recipes they would like to share??? I like to cook but don't always have a lot of time. I like to try new things because my hubby is picky. So, I try different things untill we find things we like.

I have one I would like to share I made last night for dinner......

STEAK ROLL UPS 1 box of 12 steakums
2 jars gravy
2 boxes Stove Top stuffingLay steakums on wax paper to thaw. While preparing stuffing. When the stuffing is completed, place one spoonful on each steakum. Roll up. Place in glass dish (1 jar of gravy on bottom). Pour other jar over top of steak roll ups. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until brown. It was really GOOD!!! He doesn't even like stuffing but he loved this!! CRAZY!!!
