Losing myself somedays

Did you ever think you lose yourself somedays when you become someone's wife and mother. When you are young, you are so and so kid, then when you become a young adult and try to find yourself. Once you find yourself, then you find the person you want to share your life with. Then you become there wife. Then you have kids, then you become your kid's mother. I thinks somedays, I don't have a first name, just my husband's wife and my son's mother. I would never change my life, I love my husband and son very much, but somedays I would like to be Amy again..............

Aug. 3, 2007 at 10:08 AM  I hear ya, it's like you stop being a person and become one elses wife and mother..Oh yeah your so and so wife or your his mother or her mother..Some times i don't mind that people don't know who i am but others i would like someone to recognize me as my own person..
