Okay. So they say its a dry heat. I will never fully understand that. Yes, for 1/2 of the summer it is a scorching 110+ degree dry heat. But what no one mentions is that the other 1/2 of the summer, the monsoons roll in and it isnt so dry. Then maybe the temperature goes down to 105 or maybe 100 if we are lucky, but the humidity is unbearable. It is so darn hot. Then to top it all off, I come home from work, out of the 108 degree scorching, not so dry heat to find that my air conditioning decided it wanted a vacation. So now I sit in my house with every ceiling fan and every other fan I can find blowing and its still 95 degrees in here. The sweat is just rolling off. The poor dogs prefer to be outside where they might catch a breeze. So then you call the air conditioning man, cuz you are about to die, and he can make it right over.........TOMORROW.
