How awful !   My sister rented one of those things a couple of years ago for her sons birthday.  I guess they would be similar to a trampoline,  although I never really thought about it before.  I  hope his leg heals fast.

Oh my!!  Bless his little heart... and yours!!  Those bounce houses are so fun but can be dangerous.  We had one collapse with 4 kids in it at my sons birthday...luckily we grownups were semi paying attention and got them out quickly before anyone was suffocated!  Anyway, Sorry to hear about your son's leg.  I hope it heals quickly!

sorry to hear about that you don't think about things like that happening in something like that, my son would love to have a trampoline but thats one reason i said no.

omg, i'm so sorry for your son, who'd of known something like that could happen. poor baby.  ....and I know u must be feeling awful about the whole thing. but don't worry he'll be ok as long as he has the love of his mommy, that's the best medicine.

Thank you all for your kind words and all your support.  My little guy is doing okay.  They put a full leg cast on him today. He is not happy with that at all.  They want him to stay off his feet for 3 weeks.. yeah right... keep a 2 1/2 yr old off his feet.. he is way to active for that.. So, we rented a lot of movies and bought him a few new toys to try to help. But, he is getting very cranky and the energy level is very high. he didn't go to sleep tonight until 11:15 pm.. I hope he sleeps tonight!!
