Ok most of you seen my post, i am so freaking angry, so you know one of my managers told my boss that he left early cause he couldnt take me whining and crying so he could get out of trouble. Well that is a lie, read other post if you havent and are confused. well  he came in today to pick up his check and i try to ignore him because i am still pissed. He then says to me "are you mad at me?" well i had no intention of talking to him but he asked and at the wrong time. I then say "yes i am mad at  you. you used me as a scapegoat to get out of trouble. i am no ones scapegoat and you are a liar." he says to me i told you these things but it was because i didnt want to  hear you whining.(he told me he was tired and had to leave and second time was to fix a computer). i then told him " you are a liar because when u left the first time i was in a great mood and the second time you asked me what was wrong. you are like any other manager i have ever worked for, you are a backstabber. i know who i cant trust now." i then left because i was so angry and when i am angry i cry and i didnt want him to see that so i went to the bathroom and hit the wall. and calmed down. when i came out he was gone. im sorry but i am tired of being a doormat and everyone i know or love stabbing me in the back. Did i handle this wrong or did i do okay. i am now wondering whether he is gonna tell on me for letting him know how i feel and i dont know if i  handled it right or if i let my emotions get the best of me.

Aug. 7, 2007 at 11:02 AM I think he was an idoit too for what he did, and I would have done the same thing, just sorry to hear he got you so upset you had to cry  but I bet it was very emotional to comfront him like that. It was good to say how you felt and walk away... please let me know if you ever need to talk .. I am here

I agree!  Even if you were whining and crying he still can't use that for an excuse to leave his job....he is a manager and an adult.....Not a child!  OMG!  They should have let him go for that one.
