Love/Hate relationship with my job

I'm venting...............I like my job most day, but I hate those days when everything goes wrong and when you are boss there is no one really to vent too...............I blessed to have a good paying part time job that allows me to bring my son to work with me, but somedays I don't think it worth the little extra money it brings in.  Why can people be responsible for there actions, get to work on time and do there jobs!!!!!!!!  I don't ask for much and I pretty understanding, but now I feel like I'm being used because I'm not bitchy to them.   The a course there are  the people who want to put there 2 cent in where is doesn't belong, which makes thing more stressful...............I do like my job.............
