Furgie-Furg's Journal

Welcome to my world...

ok, once again... this may make some people mad. but i need to vent... i love love love browsing through the new journal posts as they come in. but lately i am getting so irritated. has anyone else noticed how many people post journals bitching about being pregnant?!!! i just can't take it anymore, get this baby outta me, being pregnant really sucks... blah blah blah...

ladies, being pregnant is nothing short of a miracle! you should enjoy the months that you get to spend with that little life inside of you instead of complaining about what an inconvenience they are for you! imagine if you couldn't have a child... there are many other people like me that would give anything to be able to get pregnant.... and would cherish every moment of it!

just a little food for thought...

Aug. 8, 2007 at 8:28 PM I wonder if they've figured out what causes it yet....... then they'd know better how to prevent it in the future.

Aug. 8, 2007 at 8:34 PM I've seen them too.  We all know that some parts of Pregnancy isnt fun but in the end you have this little miracle to enjoy as you watch him/her grow.  It's ok to ask for advice or vent but dont act like this is the worst thing to ever happen to you.

Aug. 8, 2007 at 8:38 PM exactly! maybe i am taking it all too much to heart... but when you want a baby and can't have one, it really hurts to hear people complaining about pregnancy!

Aug. 8, 2007 at 9:30 PM I love children and I wish that financially we could afford more.  Everything bad in pregnancy just doesn't matter.  I was sicker then a dog with my first for 7 months.  Yeah it was rough, but the kicking and moving and then having that precious child be born was all that I needed.  No matter how difficult it is I would do it again to have another one.  They are miracles and I think that people should try a little more to focus on the joy rather then the pain.  Complaint here and there and just general complaints are fine we all have them, but I always had moments where I didn't want to give birth cause I wouldn't feel the movement anymore.

Aug. 8, 2007 at 9:47 PM I totally agree! Since my boys turned 1 I have been going back and forth with the idea of having another baby. But I just can't go ahead and get pregnant when I feel like it. I have a chronic illness and being pregnant automatically puts me at high risk. Lots of planning has to go into having a  baby even before getting pregnant otherwise bad complications could occur. I had the boys early due to being induced, I wish I could have kept them in longer because maybe then I would of been able to take them home right away instaed of them having to stay in the NICU.Being pregnant I think is incredible thing.

Aug. 8, 2007 at 9:47 PM I absolutely loved being pregnant......my thoughts are if you had the fun making the baby you should at least enjoy the product of that fun....my first pregnancy  was not an enjoyable time (i was raped) but I loved every minute of being pregnant and i love my daughter 100% it doesn't matter how she was conceived...
