I have been a working mom for over 20 years balancing the tight rope between life as a CEO and mother to son Rich Jr. I have launched over seven companies, been awarded more than a dozen patents and made millions by bringing products into the consumer market all while raising my son. Its been a challenging adventure but I knew at a very early age these were the two things I wanted to be when I grew up.

I was born to be an inventor. Along with my formula I have to contribute most of my success to my parents. They encouraged me to be a freethinking child and embraced my passion and innovation. My son, Rich Jr., who also displayed the inventor gene at a young age, began to follow in my footsteps. I was there for support much like my parents were there for me, and using my formula Rich Jr. successfully launched his own invention and extremely profitable and award winning company, which he later sold to Wild Planet (a toy company in San Francisco, California). My son and I began to form a bond that went far beyond mother and son, sharing business ideas, inventions and marketing ideas. My son recently embarked on his college career, and I am happy and proud to say we are just as good as friends now and have an even stronger bond than ever before. Now sharing stories about life, girls and college. I support my son in whatever avenue in life he may choose.

You don't need money. I started my hairagami company with only $800.00 and made over 40 million in less than two years. I have passion to enspire others to do the same. Check out my website at www.careyformula.com   I had so much fun and one of the reasons I started my own company is that there was NOT a job in this country that allowed me the freedom and flexibility to raise my son in the manner I wanted him to be raised. Good luck! ......but luck is not part of my formula. :) b
