Mommy and Me

There is a mommy and me meeting I go to 2 times a month at st. rose hospital in hayward. It's a place where all mother s can get together and talk about all kinds of things. Breastfeeding, sleeping, just being a parent in general. The kids are able to play together and it's a nice way to make friends. Th emeeting is put on by one of my favorite people in the world <a href="http://www.mybreastfeeding.com">Sylvia Boyd</a> who is a lactation consultant,and physical therapist for infants, among many other things.

 Just wanted to put htat out there for any mother who lives in the hayward area and was looking for a support group, or advice.
