Hot hot hot

It is so hot here.  It is supposed to get up to 100 today.  We are struggling to keep the kids entertained without having them outside during the peak hours.  Which is I think like 10 am to 4 pm... so ALL DAY!  We are also struggling to keep our electric bill under $100/month.  We live on the top floor of an apartment complex.  So, not only is the sun baking on our roof all day, the sun is shining in the side we are are on for most of the day, and heat rises.  Yesterday I had the thermostat set at 80 and I swear the a/c was running for a good hour straight.  I wish it would rain.  Well, I am off to make breakfast and watch some Saturday morning cartoons.  woo hoo!

Aug. 11, 2007 at 8:54 AM Where are youIt?  gets real hot here in Mexico City but then at night it´ll a rain. sometimes it rains even when the sun is out. lol
