Periodic Fever Syndrome

hi all, has anyone heard of Periodic Fever Syndrome ? our son has had fevers of 102-105.3 monthly for about 2years now. he has had a ton of test done and been seen by an infectious diseases dr and she sugested juvenille rheumatiod arthritis and pfs. But mind you has done nothing. no follow up,no calls nothing!

I really don't know why i let this go on so long,haden has been going throw so much this year that it almost became normal. But to day was it !! I called our doc's office to tell them that he was 103.5 and they told me they  "really like them to run a fever for 3 days before they see them"  WHAT are you kidding me were talking about a child that gets up to 105.5 in 10mins  flat,and dose this every month! So here we go to the E.R. oh i don't know abuot 2k later he tells me that this not norm. and i should follow up with my primry on monday. HA HA HA!
