Hi,
I am happily married for 23 years. November 3rd will be 24. I am a  hairstylist for 24 years. I enjoy my job. I have a beautiful 3 year old which we adopted. April 21st of 2006 she moved in with us.  She  was 16 months old and we couldn't be any happier to be her parents.  She is our dream come true. We went through a lot to adopt her but it was final on november 9th of 07. We have been in her life a lot since the day she was born. My brother and his ex girlfriend are her birthparents. It makes some things a little awkward but we are working through it. I made a photo album of her life from the time she was in her birthmoms belly. I even have sonogram pictures and the footprints from the hospital. She will be grateful for that someday.  I LOVE being a mommy.

Congratulations on your adoption! I was 39 when I had my first child and 41 when I had my 2nd. We have friends who could not have a child and they have adopted 3. God bless you!
