Add Shortcut

A Hand Up is a new group dedicated to helping other moms. It's not about giving a hand out, just a little hand up.

If you have ever needed help or wanted to help others, here is the place to start.

Whatever your problem, no matter big or how small, there will be somebody here who cares and wants to help. Everything from health, weight loss, marriage, women's issues, family, food, personal care, etc. If you have a problem need help, you are welcome here.

Are you interested in helping with moms? Please join and let us know. Everyone is welcome. Ladies with knowledge of how to go about helping with particular problems are particularly encouraged to join. If you are a doctor or nurse, dietitian, counselor, or anything along those lines, please join and share your knowledge.

I just applied because even though Im not in one of the professions listed, I love to help people. I work at a college so I may be able to offer advice for those who want to go to school but feel overwhelmed by the process, I have 3 teenagers, I have been a single mom, I have been abused, etc, etc. If nothing else, I can be a shoulder to cry on. Thanks for posting about this group.
