Climbing out of her highchair....

Sierra is starting (and contiuning) to climb out of her high chair or any highchair that she's in.. We tried tightening it to her comfort. I'm just dont' know for sure to do?
has anyone had this problem... please help? do I put her in a booster seat for the kitchen or no?
