More doctors with no answers

More doctors with no answers, that is all I seem to be running into.  As many of you know, Ali has been sick pretty much since day one.  Her Gastrointerologist decided to do some tests on tissue samples harvested from inside her little bottom.  The test came back negative for Hirschsprung's disease so today she had a sweat test to determine if her body is releasing anything it's not supposed to be or too much of something that it should be keeping.  She also had a blood test during which they took 6 vials of blood to test insulin, thyroid, iron, lead and a whole bunch of other things concerning her blood chemistry.  They just keep scheduling tests but no one can tell me what kind of diet to put her on.  She's nine months and she's still on mostly Alimentum and the few baby foods that I've found that don't constipate her.  When I asked the doctor for some kind of idea what to do about her diet he said to keep doing what I've been doing and he'd see her for a follow up in three months.  So he was absolutely NO help at all!!  GRRrrrr!!!  It's just frustrating, that's all.

Sep. 4, 2007 at 12:45 PM I am 37 yrs old I was sick 4 ,3 yrs vommiting,diarea.I had 3 endoscapies,3 colonoscopies.MRI ,cat scans,blood work.I had it all lost weight.they said I had Irritable bowel syndrom.U know what that means nothing.went to a psyciatrist they put me on serequil &cloazapam a sedetive EVERY THING STOPPED.It was all from stress.I know ur baby is young I swear to u it stopped everything !!!!!
