Okay ladies, I've not been as chatty lately. This is going to be a very hard month for me, I'm so depressed. I lost my dad suddenly July 1st and his birthday would've been September 26th. My baby sisters was today (the 7th) and my moms was Sunday (the 2nd) My 11th Wedding Anniversary will be on the 21st. I've cried almost everyday this week. I miss my dad so much, my heart aches. To top it off I pulled my tendon in my right shoulder and the doctor has me wearing a sling and on meds. We rushed my 5 year old to the ER last night and he's been scheduled for surgery on Thursday for a hernia repair, to the left of his groin area. He just had surgery to repair one to the right of his groin area in April of this year. My dad showed up to give me support in April. I will never get that again, at least not from my dad. I just want to scream..............this hurts sooooooooooooo bad. I can't describe it in words. Please pray for me. I don't know how I'm going to get  thru the month, I'm a total wreck.

Sep. 7, 2007 at 10:50 PM Why stress? Your dad will be with your son during this surgery in another way. He is still and will always be supporting you. He would not want you to be so sad. I am sure that he is flattered at how much you miss him. (smile)  Just  think of all your good times together and be happy  you have those. So many of us don't.

I will keep you in my prayers....I am feeling the same way also..My grandfather that raised me passed away July 15 this year...and my brother who was 21 passed away January 18 (4 years ago) from a car accident but it is still is deep within my heart..

So I can imagine what you are going through, but just know that God takes care of us, he knows what we can bare; he knows everything that is in our hearts/mind.  He will keep us safe, he wont let us LOSE OUR MIND..Stay focused on the Lord and he will work everything out..Stay Blessed

I am so sorry for your loss.  While I didn't lose my dad recently, I lost my grandfather.  He was the next best thing to my dad.  I miss him as well.  I will definitely keep you in my prayers.  Please keep us updated with your children.  Remember, if God brings you to it, he'll see you through it.

Sep. 9, 2007 at 3:32 PM I am so sorry that you are going through this! I have lost a lot of close relatives suddenly which is reasons why I can not set boundaries for my mother (they are mostly on her side) but the only thing  I can say is KNOW that your father is with you...he was with you in the ER and he'll be with you all the days of your life - God has a plan for you and he needed your father to help you get to where your going. He will be there protecting your son. God is merciful and with his grace you will see past the pain and soon you will have peace. God bless and stay strong.
