It's that time of year again! That's right, it's Buckeye season!!! For those of us who've been lucky enough to grow up right under the nose of "The Shoe" here in C-Bus, you know the insanity that comes with it all... It's about the Saturday's when you're on the edge of your seat for every play and when your whole neighborhood explodes in roars of cheers for every first down. You haven't lived in our shoes until your week's emotion's are based on whether we win a game... Outsiders may look at this as being trivial, but what the fuck do they know? Saturdays in the fall are all about the game. All the other personal stuff takes a backseat. FUCK the girl, FUCK the family, FUCK it all but Tressell's team. We live in the city where we could have a mass killing spree, yet that would be second rate news compared to the highlights and outcome of OUR game. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it's partially true... We love our team... And to be a part of it where if you listen real hard, you can hear the roars of the stadium, it's amazing. It doesn't matter if you've been to the school or if you're just a resident of the city, you're involved...I remember the year we won the National Title game, driving down High St. (cause we're the shit), sitting on Lane and High in deadstop traffic with nonstop honking and screaming with drunken kids everywhere. Those are the moments when you realize where you are and how unbelievable it all is... You may say I'm crazy, but you haven't lived until you've been pepper sprayed by riot police after a win against the team up north. You sit there in the most excruciating pain, yet still so happy because we won. That's fucking love. I would end this here but I forgot about being AT the games. You know, that feeling when you're going through the tunnel toward your seats and you come out to a sea of scarlet and gray. That feeling alone is giving me goosebumps right now. It doesn't matter if you're in A, B, or C deck ( or AA if you're lucky), you are there and you're a part of it. Whether you're joining in on the O-H-I-O chants or just talking to an oldtimer about past days of Buckeye history, you are living it. You are in heaven on earth... I'm sure some have stopped reading by now, but shit, they don't know what it's like to be 9 years old and crying after a loss to... Wait, no sob stories about the team up... Wait, don't even have to mention them here, we all know who those cocksuckers are... We are BUCKEYES... We LIVE it, BREATH it and FUCKING LOVE IT!!! The season is starting and we need another championship for baby Brock and those of you who feel exactly as I do!!!  If you don't know how I feel,then watch the video....Mother fuckin' O-H bitches!!!!!
