I need some guidence

A proposal has been made and brought to me.  We have been having difficult maintaining the house we're in now.  My fiancee and his friend Andrew have decided to talk to Andrew's dad about renting to own a much larger house.  It's a little further from town, and most of everything. 

I know that the house we're in now, is hurting us as is.  I've asked the Lord and Lady for a sign of what to do.  I need some guidence, to see if this is a good idea and affordable.  Anyone with they're suggestions and comments are welcome.
