OK HERE GOES I FOR MY BIRTHDAY GOT A TREADMILL FROM MY HUBBY!! YEAH IVE BEEN WANTING ONE FOR SOME TIME. ANY HOW I WEIGHED MYSELF LAST NIGHT AND I WAS 180LBS SO I HOPE TO ULTIMATELY LOSE 25 POUNDS. LAST NIGHT I DID A MILE LOL IT TOOK ME 17 MINUTES AND I SWEAR I JOGGED MOST OF IT!!! TODAY I DID A HALF MILE DURING NAP TIME AND JUST GOT DONE DOING A FULL MILE A LIL WHILE AGO....ALSO IM TRYING TO STOP SNACKING ON BAD FOR YOU STUFF(OOOOOHHHHH.....ICE CREAM) I AM GOING TO TRY TO DO AT THE LEAST HALF A MILE EVERY DAY AND HOPE TO LOSE 2 POUNDS A WEEK. BESIDES I SET IT UP IN FRONT OF THE T.V. LOL
I WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW HOW ITS GOIN NEXT SUNDAY.......ANY ENCOURAGEMENT WOULD BE GREAT LOL.
ok well last i wrote below i was at 176 ...today i weighed in at 174 soooooo thats a whopping 2 pounds since jan 28th 2008?? im averaging only 2 pounds a month!!! lol this sucks : ) OH WELL THEY DO SAY THAT THE SLOWER YOU TAKE IT OFF THAT IT WILL STAY OFF .....WHO KNEW IT WOULD BE THIS SLOW THOUGH : )
JUST A UPDATE IT IS NOW JULY08...YES 10 MONTHS LATER AND I AM DOWN TO 164POUNDS FROM MY 180 IN SEPT.
NOT QUITE MY 20+ POUNDS BUT I AM GETTING THERE NO DIETING ONLY EXERCISE LOL

never did lose any more wieght from july 08 BUT i have not gained an ounce back!!! that is the greatest thing especially since i havent worked out in about 2 months lol ...i may start up again soon we will see but over all i am very happy with myself for losing all that i did and not gaining any back!!! and i think i look great!

Since December I have lost 12lbs. Jogging for 30mins 3x a week. It is a great feeling. Keep it up. Have you cut out all beverages outside of water. This is a real killer to most diets.
