child proofing

stupid question but my computer is in the living room .  How do u childproof it from your toddler getting the wires, makes it difficult to use when my daughter is up and around crawling and ready to walk so I know its going to get worse.  help plse

Sep. 12, 2007 at 11:43 AM There are never any stupid questions, though ones maybe. I would just let her know that the computer is a no-no, keep enforcing it and she should learn to stay away from it. Hide a few of her toys and when you want to use the computer get one of those toys out and maybe she will entertain herself with that new toy.

Sep. 25, 2007 at 8:22 PM Its just one of those places you really cant child proof as much as you'd want to. I think they actually sell like an enclosed case where you stick all the wires inside and it helps keep them out of the way. I just have to remind my son thats a place not to be. He's not so much interested in the wires as much as the computer itself becasue its lite up neon blue, so that has his attention instead.
