my little bundle of love is turning 7 months tomorrow and when he get tired he has just started to grabs my face and pinches really hard. it is really bad when he gets my eye.. i hold his hand and say no and stare at him in the eyes seriously. and he laughs at me.. little sh**.  the other day he grabbed so hard he made my face bleed. (he needed his nails cut)  it really hurt and my reaction was kinda harsh i felt bad i grabbed his arm and yelled NO!! and put him down in his crib he stared crying.. i felt awful.. but left him there for a few min. so maybe he would learn not to pinch.. i am kinda lost here.. anyone have any suggestions?  when my dog was a puppy he bit me really hard and i bit him back..  and he quit biting. don't think that will work in this situation.

Aidan has started to do that too, along with kicking his legs and digging his toes into my belly. I always grab his hand and hold it and tell him "No" in a stern voice while looking him in the eyes. The first couple of times he laughed and boy did that piss me off, but knowing that he's still learning and he doesn't know right from wrong, makes me have patience with him. He's now started shaking his head no when I tell him no. The joy I'll have when he starts talking.

I don't think that telling you're child no is a bad thing, even at a young age. You're not spanking, just verbally enforcing the rules and as he grows up, and this way he'll know that mommy is the boss and what she says goes.
