I cried today

...when I found out a bunch of moms i know got picked to do a home makeover. *sniff* I didn't even know there was a contest! *sniff* I need a makeover too! and and *sniff* and i wouldnt even be selfish and re-do one of my rooms. *sniff* I'd want to do my kid's room. how come i never *sniff* get picked!! ok. i guess thats it for the self-pity. is it possible to be happy for someone else and still be envious? *sniff-sniff*

Is a makeover that important to you or are you just a little envious? It's not about what you have, it's about what you are! Sometimes we get cought up in material things that we forget what is really important. Sorry you got passed up but maby it wasen't meant to be. Whenever I want to redo my place I go to the thrift stores or the goodwill and get little things here and there and it feels new to me.
