I have a post on craigslist and backpage.com.  I've gotten some good feedback, but none of them have worked out yet.  I really want someone soon, but I'm willing ot wait on the right person.  The cost of daycare is kicking our butt!  I really can't offer a lot so most of the people who have responded are my age or younger and have a small child they want to bring with them.  Thats really fine with me, beacuse at this point, I'm flexible.  Does anyone know someone whose looking for extra money?  I need help Mon-Fri from 8-6:30p.  2 kids all day and 1 afterschooler.
