Groups Question

I wanted to come on and ask a couple of questions about groups.

Can we on our groups

1. Add colors and images to the site to make it more personal?

2. IS there a way to do a data base on their so we can list members birthdays and anniversaries and such?

You can download the backgroung but ai think the rest is just choosing what they have to offer.  Also, there is no database.
