Fall is one of my four favorite seasons :-p I keep thinking fall is really here, the leaves are changing, the weather is getting cooler...and then BAM, it's 78 degrees and humid again. I'm looking forward to the "real fall" when I can light a fire, snuggle up under a blanket with a good book, have all the kids in the house at once actually wanting to spend time together. Oops, wait, that last one doesn't happen very often with three teenagers in the house at once! But hey, a girl can dream right?
I'm enjoying having the kids back in school (somewhat) but the days sure do seem long when they hop on the bus at 7am and don't return home until 4pm. I'm actually considering going back to work at least part-time. I've got mixed feelings about this. Hubby works out of town all week which tends to leave me feeling like the single parent I once was. Can I hold a job when I've got 4 kids at home? I must be able to, I've done it before with just three kids. I worry though...what about conference days, sick kids and drs appointments? I know I don't want the pressure of selling insurance again...or any office job really. I'm thinking more along the lines of retail, of course then there will be some weekends to work, which is ok....sometimes....but every weekend wouldn't work for me seeing as how that's the only time hubby is home! Guess I'm still unsure what to do, just know I'm going stir-crazy being here 5 days a week for 9 long hours!
oh what to do...what to do!
