One of Those Days

Today has been one of those days where I wish I never got out of bed. My 8yo usually fights with me about getting up in the morning, so I have been putting him to bed earlier. This morning he got up w/o a struggle. AWESOME.........UNTIL he decided to sneek his older brothers PSP into his school back pack. When I put his snack in his bag I found the PSP and took it out. He started screaming, kicking the walls in our hallway, and swinging at my father. OMG I didn't know what to do. I went into the house and called his school. The principle and the social worker came and picked him up. Thank God!!!!!

Thinking that was the end of my GREAT day I get another suprise from my 13yo. He is in residential treatment for behavior issues. I go to family mtgs 1x week. When I sit next to him I look over and see cuts going up the inside of his forearm. When I mentioned something to him he yelled and ran out of the office. Once again OMG.

Now my 8yo is home from school after having a terrible day at school. He thinks that he shouldn't be punished for his behavior this morning. I know he is going to push me and push me til I blow.....Not looking forward to it.
