My Life

Hey Everyone!  I am 33 years old and very happily married with two beautiful children.  Our son is 6 years old and our daughter is 15 months old!  When I was younger, I worked hard in college and got the career I always wanted.  i worked in that field for 10 years and now times have changed!  I am a stay at home Mom now and I must say, it is much more challenging than when I worked full time!  (in a good way though!).  I love spending time with my family and whenever I have spare time to myself, I enjoy arranging and printing tons of our photos, painting ceramics, reading, learning how to salsa, hanging out with friends and family, watching movies with my husband after the kids have gone to bed, and sometime soon I'd like to get into jewelry making.  My husband and I are addicted to LOST, and Kyle XY.  Those are two great shows!  We also love Law & Order (mainly SVU and CI), and American Idol.  Other than that, we don't watch a lot of television. 

Music is definitely part of our lives!  Music is on in our house daily.  My favorites are Billy Joel and Elton John (as I grew up listening to them), but I also love : Enrique Iglesias, Joss Stone, James Blunt,  Norah Jones, Def Leppard, Nickleback, Carbon Leaf, Blues Traveler, Josh Groban, Tim McGraw, Sting, The Bee Gees, The Beetles, Harry Connick Jr., Celion Dion, Andrea Bocelli, Nat King Cole, Gloria Estefan, Los Lonely Boys, and many others!  I love listening to practically all kinds of music.

Coffee...love coffee!  We buy our coffee bean when they are green, then we roast and grind them at home.  Roasting coffee is a new art to me.  I like playing around with the machine to get the perfect roast...hehe.  I love wine tasting, traveling, and cooking when I have time.   

 There is a movie that we recently watched called, "The Ultimate Gift."  It is a movie that everyone should watch.  What a beautiful movie.  You may need some tissues, but it is such a wonderful movie about life.

 Well, I'll add more to this another time.  Right now I think I'll grab a snack now that the kids are in bed and I have a few minutes to myself.  Have a great evening everyone!
