I am going crazy right now trying to figure this out. I need 4 hours worth of music for my sister's wedding. That is 240 minutes, which is 80 songs at 3 minutes a piece.
We are having 3 fast songs, then 2 slow songs. How many slow and fast songs do I need to get?
HELP!!!

how on earth did you figure that out so fast!?!?!?! I am doing this all through www.projectplaylist.com. I know that some songs will go over 3 minutes, but I don't know how long people are going to stay for the reception. I have 58 songs right now, so now i have to figure out how many of each I currently have and just go from there. It isn't too hard to find songs!!! Thank you for your help! Curious at how you figured that out though!

It depends on what is happening at the time. Their favorite song for when they are entering the reception, quieter during dinner so people can talk, soft music for when the bride and groom are cutting the cake, tossing bouquets, etc. A special song for when the Bride and Groom have their first dance. And after dinner, get the party started. But make sure that the Bride has the last say on what you choose.

yeah, she is on board. I have the songs, just need to put them in order. I have a different group of songs for dinner. I guess I should find a song for the cake cutting, and bouqet toss too. The wedding is Saturday...running out of time!!!!!!
