Keith Thomas was not a planned baby, to say the least!

I had been on the Depo Provera birth control for 3 years continuously, no breaks, always on time. We found out about Keith on the second month of one of my 3 month doses!!!  I had always heard that after you come off the Depo it usually takes about six months to a year before you can get pregnant! OK! :)

Well, being pregnant was the last explanation that came to mind when I started feeling sick. So, I went to the doctor, finally, to find out once and for all what kind of virus I had that was making me so sick....

Imagine my shock when the doc tells me that the virus is a 21 week old baby!!!

After the initial shock my husband and I were very excited, he because he was getting a son, me, because I was gonna start a new chapter in my life with my wonderful husband and our little miracle.

Keith was born on June 04, 2007 weighing 11 pounds and measuring 21.8 inches!!!

Holy cow! So you were 5 months before you found out?? That would be crazy! And a big boy too!!
