I get asked lots of questions about losing weight and getting healthy. So I just started a new group for moms wanting to lose some weight.  

LOSING IT!

No matter whether you need to lose 5 pounds or 50 pounds or 100 pounds, you can do it! All you need is the right tools and a little encouragement. I lost 129 pounds and I can tell you, it wasn't easy. But it is worth the work. Now I am a personal trainer and registered dietican. I can help! With the right healthy eating plan and exercise, you can lose any amount of weight.

I think this kind of topics should be more popular in this website. Well at least that 's what I think, since we are all moms (or future to be moms)I am concern on how to lose the pregnancy weight. I know the sounds more like an excuse but it's really hard to lose weight while being a stay home mom. So are there any tips?
