Baby medicines taken off the shelf.... did anyone see this on the news???

Did anyone see the news last night when they were talking about taking baby medicines off the shelf due to improper dosing? Some babies died? Does anyone know if they are just re-evaluating the dosing and marketing these again, or if they are totally removing them off the shelf? And if thats the case do we know which ones?? Me and my hubby are debating what they said....

I heard that they are taking them off the shelf as a volunteer recall. The news that we seen said that there in nothing wrong with the product itself it is the directions. They were saying that babies were getting overdosed when you combine 2 of them together like one for cough and one for like cold. They were saying tho always check with your doctor on dosage and if you can give more than one of the medications. Hope this helps.
