She cried and I love it!

Its fall break.  They've barely been in school 2 months and its already a week off!  So good ole mom came to my rescue with my 7 year old.  So she wants to go spend the night at my mother's with my niece.  That is great for me since tomorrow is my early day and I have to take her over there super early tomorrow anyways.  My niece is going with her dad for a few hours, so I decide to bring Jaidan back over after her dance class, dinner and her shower.  We stop home before going to dance, are almost late to dance cuz she has to "pack" even though we wont be going over for several more hours.  But the "packing" was done early I guess.  We come back home from dance, eat dinner, take a shower and are heading to the car to go to Nana's.  And she starts to cry................................

"I dont want to go now, I'll miss you so much."

Dont you just love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  What a pain it will be tomorrow morning, but tonight we will just snuggle up.  I sure wish my 13 year old would do this sometimes.

Nov. 2, 2007 at 2:06 AM I wish my 2 would be like that period the only person they really dont like to stay with is their dad, I have joint custody so he has them a week and I have them a week. My 2 step kids are more likely to snuggle with me than my own 2.  lol
