I so lonely and sad now that I dont no what to do.  I just fell like out want to cry and scream.  I miss my husband so much right now.  He want be back home until dec.  After dec we will be moving to va with him, Im so happy and cant wait.  I dont have any friends in my neighbrohood so its hard dealing with my husband being gone by myself.  Then my daughter got her report card yesterday.  She made honor roll but her teacher wrote a note saying alisha havent turned in homework in 21 days.  Alisha do her homework everyday, I asked her why she dont turn her homework in she said she try but her teacher want take it.  I feel like her teacher should have been told me that she havent been turning homework in.  My question is how could she made honor roll and havent turn homework in in 21 days.  I hope Things get better with me soon.

Oct. 16, 2007 at 12:14 PM Hang in there girl. Honor Roll is a good thing. She must be sharp as a tack to miss 21 days of homework and still float above the others. Be proud, and just stay on top of the homework from now on. Maybe send a sheet that the teacher fills out for you as to what she has to do each day and have the teacher initial it every time Alisha turns in homework. Could't hurt. Good Luck.

That is kind of odd to miss 21 days of homework and make the honor roll.  Ask the teacher if you could have a conference to discuss this.  I would want to know why the teacher isn't taking your daughter's homework.  Maybe she turned it in late.                                                                                                         

 I think that is great that she is on the Honor Roll.  I also believe that December will come before you even know it.  Just try to think of some fun stuff to do.  Maybe take in a movie or two.         My husband goes away a lot for his job.  I have four kids and I try to plan stuff to do with them.  When you have your calendar full of activities to do, then it seems like the weeks go by faster than if you just don't do anything.

Oct. 23, 2007 at 9:44 PM wow,,,,,,,,,,shes doing a great job.Maybe you should send her w/ a small note pad and have the teacher sign everyday wether there is homeoerk or not..and if she does have it you can sign the notebook when its completed.
