I found the best stuff for colds!! Its called UMCKA and you can get it at any health food store. I got mine at the vitamin shoppe. Its a homeopathic cold medicine and if used at the first signs of the cold it will reduce the symptoms and shorten the duration. I had a cold last week and 2 days of using this stuff and it was GONE!! My husband uses it too its awesome!

I got Zicam which is supposed to work the same way, but here I am 2 days later and I feel like hell. How much is that stuff?
It is a bit pricey but its totally worth it. Sometimes you can get it on sale.
