so I like many others have gained a ton of weight since being pregnant and having the twins. I just started this gym called transformations and I really love it! I"m on a calorie intake of 1400-1500 per day which is realy hard because of the way I'm used to eating and because I"m an emotional and habit eater. but now I am becoming a total calorie nut and I think I've done pretty well for the first day and a half.... in the first day I only used 1379.4 out of my 1400 cals. I've cut out all drinks from my diet except for water... (now that was hard because I"m used to throwing back a couple of sodas during a meal easy and Orange juice I'd go through a gallon of OJ in like a day)

Anyways, all have a good day

I was 210 lbs before I became pregnant with my daughter. I am now 118.

I eat a diet based on vegetables. I eat whole grains, wheat. My advise is to avoid Enriched wheat products. They are so bad for your glucose level, they raise your glucose level, which causes your insulin to skyrocket, which supports weight gain. Then when it drops you get hungry again.

My diet allows me to eat all day. I stick to about 120 calories per meal. I have bread that is only 35 calories per slice. Toast them, Then add tomatoes, reduced fat hellmans mayonaise, SALT. Its about 100 calories. Then you can eat a jello. The less calorie content in your food, the more you get to eat. I love it. Hell I cant finish 100 caloried of salad!

Another thing I stick to is no food after 7 or 730. Oprah lost alot of weight that way.
