Pots and Pans!!! she didn't play with them to bang on em and make "music".  she use to take one out at a time and cover the entire floor with them.  she would put them side by side, and then she would go and get the lids and attemt to put the right lids on them.  i didnt ever care that she was making a huge mess because it kept her busy for quite a while, and she was learning about shape and sizes!!!
