I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't tell you how to cope with it - everyone deals with loss differently, but I will tell you that there are a lot of moms here who have been through it (including myself). I pray that you will be comforted during this time.

Andre...

Honey, I don't know what to tell you.  I am sorry for your loss.  Everyone copes differently, my miscarriage was 8 years ago and it was quite strange for me to struggle through my feelings.  I was completely devastated and yet relieved at the same time.  I still look back and think, what could've been.  But I was considering abortion, something I vowed I would never do, and yet, I was considering it.  God won't give you more than you can handle.  I would suggest finding some people you can talk to.  There are counselors you can go to, or there are groups on here that are just for moms who have been through the same thing as you.  But mostly, talk to God, tell him how you are feeling, tell Him that you resent having the little precious baby taken from you, tell him how disappointed you are, tell him how hurt you are, how angry get out all your feelings.  He knows already but wants you to tell Him.  I will keep you lifted up in prayer.  Hope you feel better soon!!

I feel your pain, I had a misscarriage a few years ago. It was one of the saddest things of my entire life. My grandmother gave me some words of wisdom when I didn't know how to cope, she said "It will hurt as long as it needs to, then it will fade into memory." You need to do what feels right for yourself to cope. The heartache will pass in time. Take care.
