My baby girl is having surgery

I have been so strong about with this so far but now that it is here I am nervous and overwhelmed.  I haven't really talked much about it I am honestly not sure why. 

 My daughter has a non functional kidney and reflux that makes the urine back up from the bladder to the kidney.  If left alone it can cause infection.  So she is have laser surgery to remove the kidney in the morning.  Keep us in your thoughts and also if any one has been through this and has any words of wisdom let me know.  Thanks I will post an update when we get home.
